President and Founder
Samantha Oft, PT, DPT, ATC is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Athletic Trainer with over 10 years of experience practicing in the Orlando, Florida area. She is an orthopedic physical therapist specializing in the rehabilitation and emergency care of athletes and performers.
Sam earned her Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus in Exercise & Sport Science and Athletic Training from the University of Georgia in 2007. While there, she became a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and worked with Division I football, basketball, and volleyball programs. After graduation, she completed a professional internship at ESPN’s Wide World of Sports, then served as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Berry College in Rome, Georgia.
Sam later returned to Florida after being promoted to Director of Sports Medicine, where she helped restructure and expand sports medicine services for multiple North Florida high schools.
She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2013. During graduate school, Sam worked with performers at Walt Disney World Resort and tactical athletes throughout Central Florida. Following graduation, she became the Head Physical Therapist for Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba in Disney Springs, a role she held until the show’s closure in 2017.
At Cirque du Soleil, Sam helped develop advanced emergency extrication protocols for acrobatic apparatus, created biomechanical screening tools specific to acrobatic disciplines, and contributed to a comprehensive, interdisciplinary care model addressing the physical, psychological, and social demands of performance.
After La Nouba, Sam co-founded Next Level Physiotherapy & Performance, a concierge physical therapy practice dedicated to providing elite-level rehabilitation and performance care to a broad population—not just elite athletes.
Sam lives in Orlando with her three children. Outside of work, she enjoys running, reading, and playing beach volleyball. She is especially passionate about supporting postpartum mothers and advancing open, evidence-based conversations around pregnancy and postpartum health.
